Mobile Giving Foundation Campaigns

This type of fundraising charges the end user's cell phone and is easiest for the end user.  It is a bit costlier, but some organizations find that the  ease of use for their donor and processing handled by the carriers make this type of mobile giving the method of choice.
By using a preprogrammed keyword we can have a Mobile Giving Foundation campaign up and running within 48 hours through our affiliate platform provider.

The keywords have $5 and $10 charges attached to them, and the wireless carriers agree to pass those donations on to the charity. The donation is charged to donor's cell phone bill, the cell carrier processes the charges, and pays the Mobile Giving Foundation. MGF handles receipting on their website. MGF issues a check to NPO. and time until payment is typically 90 days.

Costs include a one time set up fee paid to the Mobile Giving Foundation, campaign set up fees, and a per transaction fee.
